Excellent culture and support for career development. Genuine Leaders who are experts in their field and great support network globally. Good benefits and work life balance.

Cons

No real cons other than maybe salary and bonus structure may not be as competitive as a true in house TA role against some industries but the benefits and the work life balance equal this out.

Pros

New starters are afforded a strong/good induction with AMS, this is in relation to AMS values, services and products. Senior AMS leaders are approachable - which is refreshing, and will take the time to guide and mentor individuals if they have relevant questions. Excellent client base allows individuals to have a long and varied career with the ability to work globally.

Cons

Certain clients can be unfairly demanding where scope creep has a tendency to impact and add to a recruiter’s already high workload. Pace of client life can impact new starter training adversely, certainly in regards to an individual receiving a poor handover.
