Pros

I'm never bored and constantly learning and growing in the different roles I have been. I started with AMS as a fresh graduate, knowing nothing about the recruitment industry or anything about HR. I get to work with talented and hard-working individuals. I have a very supportive manager and work with good leaders whom I learn from and I know they listen to and care for their employees. AMS is constantly improving and seeking different ways to get better. I have witnessed it throughout the years. Good HMO

Cons

There is always so much work to be done. Sometimes it can be hard to make time for training and to plan or attend engagement activities. Lacking budget for team outings and team building activities, celebrations/events. No retirement package or package for those with 10+ years in the company

Pros

Working remotely can be alienating, but AMS has done a great job of keeping the team connected and increasing psychological safety. AMS also provides team members to contribute outside of their workload through various initiatives and activities, which are empowering. AMS is also mindful of team member bandwidth and open to renegotiating commitments

Cons

Even though some lay-offs have been made due to the current economic climate, more transparency when it comes to organizational changes and providing a more reassuring, zoomed-out perspective on the situation would definitely be appreciated by team members
