Excellent opportunities for personal development, and growth in the role, lots for opportunities to move internally, across various industries / jobs, depending on your interest / Skillset.

Cons

Not unlike most workplaces, but with the market swing, it can be a volatile place to work in terms of role security at times.

Pros

Salary is decent (although sometimes inconsistent). Flexible approach to work as long as high standard is not compromised. Actively encouraged to share ideas and experience and promotional opportunities whilst not abundant (which is a good sign due to higher retention) are open and fair. Best RPO I've worked with by a huge margin and client portfolio is getting better

Cons

Family leave package is decent but could be better, also more consistency on salary bindings across grades but there are many more positives than negatives overall.

HR process for promotion and redundancy inconsistent across accounts and leadership teams. Changing landscape within market led to mass downsizing that could have been managed by changing business permanent recruitment model earlier to map external conversations.
