Where to start.-Cleveland Office You will be left in the dark about everything. They only feel it important to tell you anything the day of. You will be passed up for promotions(even though you have more experience and years in the industry) When you do apply for positions with in the company, they will tell you its a grade above your current role(again even if you have all the experience in the world) It will remind you of high school all over again. If you are not in the "in crowd" then forget about everything and anything. Don't ask for anything. HR- well there is a team that is truly unapproachable. And they sit just a door away from you. Disrespectful and no help at all. Even when its your 401K or benefits that you want to talk to them about. Pay is low for what you will have to do. You will work with a lot of "one uppers" and micro managers- even though its mainly adults in the office.

Worst company I ever worked for!! They are a service provider for Recruitment and ironically enough has a poor HR group. There is no company culture!!! When you are working on site for their client. Management does the whole song and dance and says that they support you but they do not support their staff at all!! There is NO work life balance and they are short staffed as well. You have to kill yourself to get things done because they are short staffed. Once again, avoid this company at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
