Flexible / remote working. Pay isn’t bad depending on what location you are based

Cons

Longevity of your role really depends on what client account you are on and you end up bouncing from account to account. New bonus scheme is confusing and designed not to actually pay out to 75% Lack of career progression and shift towards internal opportunities only being in your Belfast (cheaper overheads)
