Pros

The variety of training options as well as the support and encouragement from the leadership. I have never worked for a company were I have been supported as much as I have with AMS. When a senior leader says, "reach out whenever you want!" they mean those words and they respond. I am paid a good wage. I have work/family balance. I am recognized for the work I do.

Cons

Some benefits like vision could be better. I have to pay several hundred out of pocket for glasses and with the economy it's only gotten worse.
