      fully remote, flexible working, great team

      Cons

      High workload but Senior Management do not see this. Although flex working, extra hours are always required to get job done despite Senior Management thinking that there's capacity and increasing workload. Constant wave of redundancies, despite workforce planning from clients to show increased demand in forecast.
