      Pros

      I have never enjoyed a company culture more than I have in working with AMS. Training and inclusivity is held in a very high regard.

      Cons

      In the RPO side of the business, the company is reliant on the economy and stability of the clients.

      Pros

      I love working for AMS. The company- from the CEO down- cares about the employees and has built a great culture. AMS is a high achieving organization with strong growth year over year and has not lost the focus on the humans that work there.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to navigate such a complex, matrixed global company. Everyone is so nice and always willing to help, but it can take longer than you'd expect to get to the right person.

      Learned a lot of information regarding immigration processes, diversity recruiting, and honed my skills at process implementation, and relationship management.

      Management is disorganized and employees are the scapegoats. No upward mobility.
