Pros

They care about people and career development. They also care about work-life balance and recently gave everyone three gifted days for holidays between Christmas and the new year.

Pros

Great place to work: AMS is a great place to work overall, with lots of opportunities and supportive management. Manager support: AMS managers, especially in the UK, are excellent. They always step in to protect employees when a client becomes abusive. Efforts to retain employees: The company works really hard to retain internal employees, even during difficult times. Multicultural environment: You get to work in a multicultural environment, which can be a great learning experience. Fairness in handling concerns: If you raise concerns about a difficult situation, AMS generally provides good support. Variety of clients: Your experience may vary depending on the client, but there are many opportunities to work with great people

Cons

Instability: Over the past three years, the company has been quite unstable, leading to some uncertainty for employees. Job security: Even in permanent positions, clients can give only 30 days’ notice. If you’re not reassigned to another account, you may end up on the redeployment list and risk losing your job after 30 days. Client-dependent experience: Your experience heavily depends on the client you’re assigned to. While some clients are great, others can be challenging. Communication style differences: In a multicultural environment, some communication styles can come across as harsh. It’s important not to take things personally. Workload fluctuations: The workload can be inconsistent, with ups and downs depending on the client. Disappointment with instability: While AMS tries its best to maintain stability, the uncertainty has been a source of disappointment.
