opportunities to be promoted and move to a different account, working from home

Cons

working from home not for everyone, difficult to get past team leader's decisions, low salary for those who are promoted in within the company

Team colleagues are fine Offices kept clean

Cons

Lack of perspectives & promotion as team structures are fixed and you can work for years with no promotion as nobody on a higher position within the team left it Lack of year bonuses Lack of ANY financial profit as the list of daily task is getting longer day by day 'let the George do it' method on a daily basis
