      Pros

      AMS is a wonderful place to work. They really treat you like family! Many of the roles are either remote or hybrid--a huge plus!

      Cons

      Most of the roles are with contracted blue chip clients. This can be problematic if the client decides to scale back or terminate the contract through no fault of your own or AMS. AMS does try to find you a new role when this happens, but they are not always successful and you can get laid off. As a plus, they DO try to bring people back who have been laid off.
