      AMS has a great culture, team environment, and excellent people to work with. Pay is competitive Work is remote and fairly flexible

      Cons

      During 2021-2022 they had tremendous growth. Unfortunately, because they grew at such a rapid pace, the workload became excessive, and there tend to be a lot of confusion.
