      Pros

      people really bond, you get to work remotely with people from all over, often looking after several regions and truly working internationally

      Cons

      The company is owned by private equity, bonus nearly never happens, there is a lot of restructure to the point that often people no longer know what they do. Also a lot of restructure in tools and systems and sometimes it feels like we go backwards or overcomplicate things. Sadly there is a culture to work yourself to the ground, and people often are put on redeployment lists if projects end.
