      Friendly-work atmosphere. Works if you're an early-20s.

      Cons

      If you're not a "traditional" employee in their role (a bit older) it can get very isolating. They work on highly-volite contracts where a mistake would destroy any chance of moving up due to 5-figure fees. They just hire whoever as managers. If someone is on vacation, you are expected to handle twice the workload, for no additional pay or recognition.
