Leadership is on Delta account on American team is not integral—big liar, leadership needs to be observed before they ruin the company, no accountability, blames team leads and does not hold reports accountable, no training—thrown into role and told you should know the process when no one has taught you, “onboarding buddy”/ team lead did not teach anything instead harbors information, all causing high turnover rate, I now put everything in writing by sending recaps of conversations started 6/6/22
