      Company offers a great product and differentiated service. Workplace flexibility Nice and intelligent colleagues Senior management is extremely knowledgeable about the industry

      Cons

      Pay. Way below market Beaurocracy and complex organization. Very difficult to get even the simplest things done. The organizational structure is extremely complex for a company of this size, with an endless number of "silos" and management layers

      Pros

      Great environment. Managers care about how their employees are doing and they have taken covid seriously. It's also a great benefits package even if you're newer to the workforce compared to other companies.

      Cons

      While easy to switch accounts it does feel hard to switch roles, or to get a new title along with new responsibilities.
