Pros

- Awesome Pay: The company really values its employees by offering a salary that’s better than most in the industry. - Fantastic HMO Benefits: They cover free 2 dependents with the above MBL each. I really like these benefits. -Work-Life Balance: They genuinely care about your work-life balance. You can work from home, have flexible hours, no clock in and clock out (in real time). And they provide 30 plus PTO credits.

Cons

-Communication Issues: There are occasional gaps in communication between teams, which can sometimes lead to confusion about priorities or deadlines. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can be annoying.

Good but not great

Pros

Try to make the culture inclusive and provide resources to do so

Cons

Company culture is very fabricated, they state they are for the employee but their actions after their big presentations and hours of trainings they put people through (you do have to wonder where the money to pay for this training is coming from) don’t follow through. They could do something about their internal HR and Talent teams, as well. They aren’t responsive or supportive to management when you need them to be, especially when they aren’t the ones with client obligations to meet.
