Pros

I happened to work on a great team, and had a supportive manager. I was exposed to many clients, which gave me experience working in different industries. AMS is also very supportive of remote teams.

Cons

Sometimes I felt disconnected from the company because the HQ was in the UK. That being said, career opportunities seemed somewhat limited in the U.S. depending on function, partially because of lack exposure to leadership that was so far away.

Pros

Great medical and PTO benefits. Large focus on the employees well-being, especially mental health. They understand that you have a life outside of work that could be difficult, and are VERY supportive. They took care of me, while I took care of my family.

Cons

The workload is pretty high right now. Higher then ever before.
