Great benefits, remote and flexible working, great training and access to join some great global organisations

Cons

Nature of the work means it’s contract based with average contract 3-6 months. Constant threat of redundancy especially in current climate.

Pros

The onboarding process was quite seamless as well as the introduction to the team. Direct team lead was supportive within the initial stages of being in the job. Salary was also quite in the higher side.

Cons

Workload was too much and at times had unrealistic expectations. Felt like I was not appreciated enough within. There were also constant changes that we almost couldnt keep up.
