      Pros

      AMS cares about your wellbeing and is always striving to make employees feel they are seen and heard. I've been with AMS for over 5 years and love the sense of community I've felt since I started. AMS also provides the option to work flexibly, so if something in my personal life comes up I am able to step away without any judgement.

      Cons

      At times the workload is overwhelming, but I am always supported by my managers and other team members

      Pros

      AMS taught me a lot of skills when it came to recruitment and I feel it is a good stepping stone to start a career in recruitment. I worked with a lot of very talented individuals but bonus was never paid even if target was met and the only time you received a pay rise offer is when you hand in your notice.

      Cons

      When you work hard and tick all the boxes for promotion they constantly have an excuse to not move you forward i.e. we need to move you to a new account then you have to start from scratch with a new manager.

      Some great clients and leaders Support with places to work for those that don't wish to work at home - excellent idea and wish more companies did this

      Cons

      Face needs to fit to progress regardless of capability Closed down Bracknell office, so no community feel to the company Very London centric
