Pros

Flexible work when you' re working remote

Cons

The leadership team is not prepared for the annual performance review, they gave me the amount of my annual bonus over the phone on a quick call 1 day before the paycheck without scheduling a formal annual performance review. The numbers on my results didn't match with the actual information the client had and there was no support or follow up from the Supervisor, asked for help from HR and they redirected me to my supervisor. When I asked my leader about how the result for a bonus was calculated he didn't have the details.

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concern. Our bonus calculations follow a standard calculation taking into account your tenure, role and performance rating. If you did not get reassurance from your supervisor about how it was calculated my team would be happy to break that calculation down for you to show how the bonus was arrived at. Having quality performance conversations is important for all our employees. Please do get in touch with your details and I or a member of my team can follow up to make sure this happens for you in the future. ruth.smyth@alexmann.com (HR Director)

Falling Through the Cracks

Pros

- Flexible work schedule - Ability to work autonomously - Ability to work with an array of coworkers both highly experienced and newer - Great PTO

Cons

Due to constant restructuring at the client's behest, nothing ever really gets done. AMS, as a whole, can tend to be a "yes man" when the clients come calling and often times it effects an employee's ability to produce when things are in constant transition. Employee's can also fall through the cracks and end up stagnating in one position on one account.

Pros

Does provide work with good companies

Cons

The management staff at this organization are not well trained. They treat their permanent full time employees terrible. The minute you are not happy on a contract, and ask to be moved to another, you are out the door. Don't bother applying to the jobs on the intranet, you won't be considered. They have some phoney HR staff work with you on finding you another role within the organization, but it never pans out. I would never recommend this RPO to anyone, please rethink before applying.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am disappointed to read your comments , especially in relation to how internal job applications are dealt with and Management barking orders. We have an open application process we promote for all through our internal Talent Acquisition team. Please do get in touch about your experience if you would like to share your views in confidence at ruth.smyth@alexmann.com
