Redundancies and unfair treatment

Constant redundancies. No progression. If you are remote, you will be forgotten. They will promote someone who never had recruitment experience prior instead of promoting someone who had experience before and was longer at AMS. They will be giving you excuses such as “they are academy, they don’t get much pay rise” which is not true. The truth is, they are in the office whereas I am fully remote who can’t go into the Belfast office every week. Constantly feeding you that promotion is on its way but then putting you at risk of redundancy. If you are sick or have doctors appointment they will ask you to use your annual leave instead of putting as a sick day.
