      AMS have tenured RPO professionals in the business, work large global clients, as well as Regional clients. In addition to recruitment, AMS' Advisory business provides clients with technology, DEI, Employer Brand and Assessment consulting expertise. Employee benefits are good, work flexibility is good.

      Cons

      It's truly global, so from time to time, there are calls outside of standard business hours.

      Pros

      The culture of this company cannot be matched. I have worked for several companies over my 36 year career and they truly live what they say. Its not just a Billboard sign, its a work life balance. I am empowered and trusted never micromanaged, rather lead as needed and it makes me work that much harder to show my appreciation. Another great aspect of AMS is our benefits, our PTO and the training to move us forward in our careers.

      The over all Culture and compassion that I get with this company really over shadows any cons that might be.
