      Pros

      Promotes a healthy work/life balance. While req loads (recruiters read) are high, the management is relatively understanding of people's needs

      Cons

      Very little transparency from management. Many changes in the organization which are rarely announced. Bonus - rarely paid out. Depends on overal company portfolio performance. Last year No one received their bonus regardless of their individual performance - if you're looking to "cruise" this is the place to be. If you want to drive change, better look elsewhere

      People are awesome and always willing to help one another. Vacation policy is also great and competitive.

      Cons

      No transparency, high turnover, no advancement or room for growth. Poor leadership.
