      - Great development opportunities; they really favour internal movements so I've progressed well in my time here of 3 years. - I've gained great friendships and we collaborate with different accounts; a lot of interaction in the office and online which is great to see - Flexible with hybrid pattern depending on account. - Snr Management are interactive; receiving feedback and sharing that with the business
