      Pros

      I have worked for AMS (PSR) for over three years and I can honestly say that I would not want to work for another company. It is a pleasure working for such a wonderful company and I feel like I am not just a number. The culture in the company is so nice and your voice is heard on every aspect. The company also encourages a wonderful work life balance too.

      Less internal opportunites MICROMANAGEMEMT Job security is not there Toxicity affects the health You cannot question the process or policies in AMS the micromanagement has affected my mental health a lot. Even for one leave in a month you need to give reason even if you have some serious personal issue that you cannot disclose With no job offer in hand, the employee is forced to stay in such an environment and agree to everything that is being told to do. This is not only going to affect me but also the company's goodwill in the long run. I am now going to make sure that no one in my friend circle joins AMS, and I will tell all my friends that they should inform their friends that AMS is not a good workplace. you lost the trust of a loyal employee. I am serving notice period with no offer in hand. If someone can connect with me with the intention of "ACTUALLY SUPPORTING," please reply to this review
