We work at AMS of course, 1. We have the opportunity to work remotely. For me this is one of the best benefit any full time employee can receive. 2. We care about your career and skills development. You will have access to various trainings and be an exclusive member of an online learning and teaching platform on the company expense. In my personal experience, I was given the opportunity to part of a Leadership training with no previous leadership experience prior to joining AMS. 3. We have the best culture and promote work-life balance. AMS values resonated with me especially during an instance where we helped a colleague in need. This is the only company I've experience that people are reminding you that you have a life outside work.

It is that emphasis on diversity and the importance of mental health that really made me appreciate AMS. That drive to not just be empty words said during townhalls or meetings but can be seen through the action and advocacies put forward and done.
