Pros

Company is growing recently but still slow down is visible. The main advantage is flexibility even if hybrid working was introduced recently. New office was opened in Krakow and it is amazing. AMS is going through positive transformation and I can learn a lot but it requires hard work and sometimes working long hours.

Cons

Definitely I feel the pressure and working long hours. Line manager is also very busy so is not able to spend as much time with me as I would like. The salary could be higher but AMS is still just after pandemic slowdown so there is not enough money to increase employees salary

If you speak more than one langage you can get a good pay in this job, even though the amount of work can vary from none to too much, I was in a team that was very nice. If you want to evolve within the company there's plan for this it might take a little time but they do have programs for this.

Cons

Job is very repetitive and not very interesting , don't expect it to be a HR related job , this is an administrative job.
