Pros

Good pay. Good Benefits. Good opportunity.

Cons

Difficult upward mobility. Could get laid off. Clients dictate everything and account managers don't put up much of a fight.

Not qualified to support US-based clients

Pros

If you like speaking to British people all day, and want to work early morning hours, this is the place for you

Cons

If you work in the US, or if you are working with US-based employees, this is not the company for you. Actually, AMS is only qualified to support mainland Europe. They import British people to the US (and other territories) with no working knowledge of business outside of the UK. If you are based in another country (like the US), you are expected to sell to clients, knowing AMS has no ability to support the contract. There is significant turnover because of the cultural issues here. If you are in RPO, look at other companies like Korn Ferry or Pontoon, who truly have leaders that know this business and territory.
