      -Great work life balance -Feels like the company actually cares about it's employees -Luckily I'm a remote employee but not everyone gets that opportunity (based on the client preference) -They really care about DEI

      Cons

      -Pay is average/yearly bonus depends on how the company performs -Career growth can be hard/slim opportunities -Job security depends on clients needs
