      Pros

      This is a company that really cares for it's people - I recently made the decision to move back home after many years working overseas with them - they made a job for me and always check in to make sure I'm ok - and they actually mean it! Also love the fact that I can work from home - true flexible working at it's finest.

      Cons

      Matrix organisation - it does take a while to get to know who's responsible for what and understand decision-making process.

      Pros

      Authentic, helpful colleagues and managers. Diversified industry sectors of clients / various divisions with multiple teams & global expansion. Lots of training / networking for manager/senior level staff. Flexible with good remote working arrangement, good benefits and vacation. Senior management is transparent with goals and vision, engaging and approachable.

      Cons

      Frequent turnover in certain teams , and internal mobility & training could be better for junior - mid level employees.

      the comp needs to be adjusted. Many great people are in the process of leaving so management should do something fast
