Pros

Sense of belonging to something big and important. Competitive salary and excellent benefit package. Opportunities for career growth. Excellent training to enhance skills in current role and plenty of training available to obtain the next step-up in career.

Cons

Limited availability of step-up positions. Bonus structure not set up as pro-rate. Have to work well over a year before eligible for bonus due to existing structure.

Pros

We are treated well in our roles and I feel like a respected and valued employee. AMS has very impressive leaders who are down to earth. Kerry Condon recently left and it was so hard to see her go. She was fun, not afraid to stand up to the client and always had our backs. I sent an email to the executive who announced her resignation and he immediately responded to me with a really thoughtful note. Not too many people would take the time to do this. I can truly say that I am proud to work for this company.

Cons

It's a European company that's worked hard to expand their business in NA. We work onsite for our client and it's easy to feel more affiliated with them just because we see them everyday. We'll have AMS senior managers visit from time to time but it would be really nice if they had a greater presence.

Pros

Good compensation for entry level Great PTO Some good coworkers

Cons

Training is almost no existent, more of a big picture perspective Cares way too much about the client and doesn't know when to put their foot down to say no Employees a burnt out because AMS isn't able to say no and the workload is just too much No real supervision from managers, which results in uneven distribution of work Employees complain, but they are just sweep under the rug Great turnover rates because there is no room for growth The higher ups play favoritism and those who stay for 2+ years are treated like unicorns
