      Pros

      Really enjoyed working here. They give you opportunities to further yourself and your knowledge in the world of recruitment. Management was great and very supportive.

      Cons

      Progression was slow, although recruitment projections can dip and rise. It was just unfortunate timing for me.

      Pros

      Remote working is a distinct advantage.

      Cons

      Any transformation comms are extremely poor. New bonus scheme is unattainable for many who are reliant on clients to deliver to their recruitment demand. Poor sick leave - 12 days annually. Great if you can guarantee you wont get have above average sick leave in any 12 month period. Otherwise you're out of pocket.
