Cons

Their sales, meaning landing new opportunities with client companies, aren't consistent at all, so the client based roles there get impacted frequently by market moves. It feels like they're more interested in putting up a front of culture while laying people off in the background. They do hire good people though.

I worked at AMS for over 4 years and they are a great company with my benefits and perks. They really care about culture and work life balance. Great leadership and mentorship programs.

Cons

They are not good at diversifying talents and business development managers need to do a better job of bringing new clients. We had a massive lay off recently due to lack of work!
