Pros
People are very fun and easy going and the company has a culture of excellence. I love how the management supports each employee's career goals and that conversations are happening that revolve around this to set expectations. It has a fun culture and a lot of things are happening every year which makes each year worthwhile. They provide charities, and empowerment events, and give big year-end parties. Only working for a couple of years has accelerated my career as I have been given the opportunity to work with different accounts and different people around the globe. Kudos not only to the management but also to every people who are working there who have kept the culture of success. They are experts on what they do which is why they are one of the best.

Areas of Improvement would be to have the same quality of facilities across all offices.
