Pros

Great clients, some fantastic people, definitely a good company to get into and there is good training at times. They really push diversity which is great! Working from home. There are some great people in management.

Cons

Favouritism/nepotism, those who work the hardest (but don’t always speak the loudest) don’t seem to get recognised. Ridiculous workload and very poor resource planning.
