      Pros

      Flexible working and working from home are second to none. There are some really talented people that work at AMS/TC. Great diversity of clients and company culture.

      Cons

      Career progression can be difficult and there’s no emphasis on cross training or up-skilling employees. There’s a lot of talent within the organisation; offering to up-skill or re-train employees in other parts of the business would be so beneficial to the company and employees.

      A company in rapid decline

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with some major clients across multiple industries. Working from home was previously a major + of working for AMS. Plenty of talented colleagues to learn from. Opportunity to change account after 1 year.

      Cons

      Remuneration is below market average in most locations. Company refuses to cover expenses accrued working from home. Lack of diversity - the D&I board is made up of Caucasians. Leadership positions are filled mostly by white males. Yearly bonus paid out only in 2 of the past 5 years. IT equipment is somewhat unreliable. Company restructure has created disarray. A number of individuals have been promoted to positions they are incapable and unworthy of. Stinks of 'who you know' rather than 'what you know.
