      Worst working experience!

      Insurance coverage and salary is good.

      Cons

      - Inexperienced management. Most managers have no experience in RPO before. - Managers in HSBC account have no banking mindset. Suggested unprofessional headhunting methods when they are representing HSBC e.g. cold calling other banks' direct lines, "stealing" other banks' team contact details, asking around for other banks' confidential hiring plans, etc. - Messy training and team meeting arrangement. Not many meetings happened without time change for a few times and even cancellation. - Their HR handling HSBC account do not even know about banking industry. - No upward opportunities for non-Caucasians. - Some managers are rude. Very rude!
