I found one of the very good pros is transparent leadership that genuinely cares about employee well-being, also collaborative and inclusive work culture. I also noticed that opportunities for learning, growth, and internal mobility are very much impressive which leads to good work-life balance. Team building and the coordination between the employees and the managers are super power to the team in growing further.

Cons

There are no sports activities in the entire 3 years of my journey in AMS.
