Poor leadership - and all decisions sit in the UK

Pros

You can work from home, but after the pandemic, most companies are now offering that now, but AMS has offered that for a long time so most of the employees are remote.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Can't make decisions quickly and not willing to listen to employees to make changes to grow the business. Also, every region is led by a British person, so even though people live in the US and Asia, all decisions are made in London. Salaries are also not competitive and technology is TERRIBLE!

Cons

Dependig on your client, it can be stressful. Work life balance and training isn't the best
