      It's good working for RPO type company as there's plenty of opportunity to learn new things and to be trained in.

      Cons

      Workloads are high, it's a heavily targeted environment.

      CEO is genuinely kind, benefits are good.

      Cons

      Team Leader doesn't show fair in evaluating people. Always find fault and really demotivating. Didn't receive a single centavo bonus because of LAME reason.
