Good salary compensations, policies and benefits Great work life balance since its hybrid and mostly people prefer wfh

Cons

Management changes are unpredictable Promotions n increments are literally like receiving peanuts FNF takes a lot of time to be processed compared to other companies

Pros

I have got exposure to some brilliant clients. remote work no micro management as long as you working hard and doing your job. Great salary. I really have loved AMS but what I have seen over the last 6 months or so it’s really went downhill.

Cons

Having been here nearly 7 years there just isn’t the opportunities in UK that there used to be. A lot of management aren’t that good and just know people or network really well whereas the people who actually do the hard work and get recognised by clients don’t seem to progress. If you are at risk, good luck, the worst internal mobility team who just tick boxes. I’ve seen some great people leave because the company just seem to focus on India. As someone who is going through a potential long term health issue with diagnosis over 3 weeks ago I have yet to hear from my manager in AMS yet my client manager has been so supportive. And many of my colleagues have been in same position.
