      Pros

      -good atmosphere, nice office, benefits like gym cards, private insurance, healthcare, possibility of working remotely, additional language classes, many additional trainings

      Cons

      -salary!!!! (Very small bonuses if ever...) -hot desks (people have to share their desks and don’t have their own space) -poor level of team leading

      Pros

      Career development happens, dependent on your account, location and how prepared you are to give up any sense of pride in actually doing a great job (rather than talking about how good you are) to anyone and everyone.

      Cons

      See above notes. There are so many people who talk in a language that only other consultants can appreciate and not enough people with any amount of expertise or real knowledge about recruitment and all it entails. It was a crashing disappointment going to work for AMS.
