      Pros

      - coworkers from abroad were amazing - benefits were fine

      Cons

      - mobbing - management telling you which teammembers you should talk to and which not during 1:1 - not many opportunities for development - awful colleagues - the lowest salary in the city, even after a raise - unpaid OT

      Do not work here. Find somewhere else.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Flex time is a myth. Management has their selected few that get all the special treatment, projects and promotions. Do not follow their own core values. Lay offs every six months but they are always hiring to get people in for less money. Everyone there is not experienced as everyone is there for less than a year. Seems like a lot of college graduates who get some experience and leave. Move you to a different account without asking and changes your shift without warning. Black out dates for time off and they barely allow roll over.
