      Supportive management in Cleveland Office. Flexible working arrangements. Good amount of vacation time.

      Cons

      Low base salaries compared to other firms. Don't always qualify for full amount of yearly bonuses even if you and your team perform very well. Culture of over-working among management trickles down as expectation of employees of all levels. Innovative technology is still in development.
