      Pros

      Authentic, helpful colleagues and managers. Diversified industry sectors of clients / various divisions with multiple teams & global expansion. Lots of training / networking for manager/senior level staff. Flexible with good remote working arrangement, good benefits and vacation. Senior management is transparent with goals and vision, engaging and approachable.

      Cons

      Frequent turnover in certain teams , and internal mobility & training could be better for junior - mid level employees.

      One of the best things about pursuing a career within AMS is the opportunity to learn and progress, work with a variety of people globally (clients and internal colleagues), and lead/implement complex and challenging talent management solutions. The people who work for AMS embrace the AMS values of Passionate, Collaborative, Brave which makes AMS a great place to work (a fun and collaborative environment with great leadership).

      Cons

      difficult to find some cons - I have worked with various companies in the past (in-house and in an outsourcing environment). I have been with AMS for over 10 years and still find this company a truly inspiring place to work for!
