      Flexible working is great around family life, this is a big pro Salary fair Benefits fair Pleasant working environment Colleagues are pleasant

      Regularly Work employees until they are crushed Bonus is very unpredictable Like a conveyer belt churning work out Very limited options for any career progression

      Pros

      AMS deliver a high standard RPO services to global key account You can learn much from implementation training as onsite recruiter & PM They valued people. It's said Talent is the foundation of the success. High qualification staff team & good culture. AMS has lots global key account they have very good long term relationships. Nice pay for manager & manager above talent. Green hand or Jr. sourcer can learn much in AMS

      Cons

      AMS not invest much in China market. Each account is centralize to APAC or global. It's hard to transfer from one account to another. Salary is average and bonus (PSP) is really "not guarantee" After New Capital bought AMS, some global senior staff left us. Some change in management team and company business objective. More close to a US company culture. Internal development is slow

      Pros

      Goog place to start career. Hard work is rewarded by promotion. Very good work culture. Diversity. Global reach. Working for high profile global firms. Flexible working. Working from home. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Rather slow career progression (but this was in my case so this is not entirely right for everyone). There has been a rather tough transition period where there has been many question marks however, as for transition there was good support from management and the sense of stability. Salary- not that great but decent benefits and flexibility.
