      Excellent culture, fantastic benefits, great training, good time off plan, work/life balance, Management that cares, long term growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Nothing that I can think of. I have been here for less than a year now, but so far so good.

      Pros

      I really liked the trainings we received. The company makes you a professional recruiter and teaches you great techniques on how to attract candidates.

      Cons

      They lose great people, because they are not too flexible on negotiations.

      Pros

      The culture at AMS is one of integrity and fun. I am allowed to make decisions and manage while also serving my conscience in a high paced culture. Too many companies make decisions based solely on the bottom line and I have heard and seen the management teams make decisions because it was "the right thing to do".

      Cons

      The Americas is a high growth market which leaves some feeling the growing pains at times due to quick turnaround times, long hours, or just the feeling of not knowing. I feel though that the work we do today will be a huge reward at the end of this journey.
