      It has good things but lack of organization in Mexico

      Pros

      International contact. It gives you the opportunity to work for really big companies. Has good intentions. The most of my coworkers was the best.

      Cons

      Complete lack of organization in Mexico. People that are decision makers don't really understand the Mexican Market. Lack of growth opportunities unless a Manager feels some kind of bond with you. Managers trust more in gossip than truly observe and evaluate objectively the work of the people.

      Good place to start

      Pros

      A lot to learn, they have big clients. Some teams have flexible working,. Friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      They under value employees and empty promises from management seems to be a trend. Don't expect a nice salary year. Come and learn to start and join a fairer company.

      Pros

      Great work family and the company really does care about ensuring it provides a good partnership relationship. Good training available. A company which offers longevity of employment for its staff A really good move for a recruiter fed up with seeing people as market tools.

      Cons

      Most progression opportunities are southern based, not a great deal of opportunity for northern based staff
