Pros

Great benefits given to employees. Great environment to work into and they have AMS university if your looking for an advancement.

Cons

I was not inform about my status during my 5th month but was still regularized on my 6th month so that is something they have to look for. I referred some people to work in the company but their TA is not really that good. There are many instances that accounts are downsizing so you will expect to be transferred to another account.

Great atmosphere, open for initiatives, a lot of opportunities, very well organized

Cons

I wouldn't recommend it for junior profiles as the training for sourcing skills isn't that well developed

Strong management staff, lots of opportunities to move into new positions, great atmosphere in the office and get to work with world-class clients

Cons

very difficult to test new technologies, salaries aren't very competitive and relocation packages are not very accommodating if you are moving to a country with a lower cost of living
